We have chosen MP3's as they represent the most popular and universal format for digital music without restrictions.
Simply register and you have unlimited access to the entire ITN Corporation back catalogue - over 330 titles.
Buying music through ITN Digital Downloads means that you are supporting the artists work.
ITN Corporation will continue to release albums on CD through the normal network of distributors and shops.

CONTENT AND PRICING

ITN Digital Downloads offer very high quality MP3 files.
All tracks are encoded using 192kbps fixed bitrate.
ITN Digital Downloads have no DRM or copy protection built in.
Individual tracks are priced at 0.99 euro with a 9.99 euro maximum charge for an album, regardless of the number of tracks on any one album.
    
DOWNLOAD

Once a track is purchased the user will be allowed 2 downloads.
Only completed downloads count towards the limit - if the download is interrupted, it can always be restarted.
Users can only download from the IP-address they last logged in from. If the IP-address is changed the user simply needs to log in again.

PREVIEWS

All tracks have 30 second previews.These previews are a lower-quality (and thus quick-loading) 96kbps version of the final MP3.
The sound quality of the final downloaded version is far better and to most people indistinguishable from a CD.

All transactions are handled via WorldPay.

The ITN Digital Download Store accepts the following payment cards: Visa, MasterCard, Switch, American Express, JCB, Diners, Laser, Electron and many more. We also accept cardless payments methods such as Laschriften (ELV).





CONTENT USAGE RULES

Your use of the music downloaded from ITN Digital Downloads (the “Products”) is conditional upon your prior acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.

You are authorised to use the Product only for personal, non-commercial use, and not for redistribution, transfer, assignment or sublicence, to the extent permitted by law.

You shall be entitled to burn and export Products solely for personal and non-commercial use.

Any burning or exporting capabilities are solely an accommodation to you and shall not constitute a grant or waiver (or other limitation or implication) of any rights of the copyright owners of any content, sound recording, underlying musical composition or artwork embodied in any Product.

You agree that you will not attempt to, or encourage or assist any other person to, circumvent or modify any software required for use of the Service or any of these Usage Rules, or interfere with, remove or alter any rights management information on the Products.

Refunds will be given at the discretion of the Company Management.
