The band are composing a new soundtrack for the 1928 silent film 'The Passion of Joan of Arc'.
The film, with live accompaniment by ITN, will be premiered at Sheffield Cathedral, UK on Wed 16th April, as part of the Sensoria Music & Film Festival

Brothers Klive & Nigel Humberstone have been commissioned to compose and perform new music to accompany a spectacular lighting show that will bring the historic Völkerschlachtdenkmal monument to life.
IN THE NURSERY's new music is based on prominent themes from the works of Richard Wagner, Gustav Mahler, Franz Liszt and Edvard Grieg - composers who have a very special relationship to Leipzig.
It will be a celebration for both the residents of Leipzig and visitors to the Wave-Gotik-Treffen from all over the world.

Prolific creators of sensuous soundscapes, IN THE NURSERY have returned with 'Era', an album exploring the themes of architecture, urban decay, and regeneration. But such is twins Klive and Nigel Humberstone's emphatic feel for their subject matter, this seems like it is less about buildings than something more vital. A picture of the city as a living organism - growing, dying, being reborn. The story of civilisation. A full, almost bombastic, sound driven by trademark militaristic drumming and strings pull against gothically spectral vocals to serve as a vision of strength beset by war, weakness and fate. With Massive Attack's Sarah Jay Hawley singing on three tracks, including the pathos-dripping 'Tempered Wings', 'Era' is fragile yet beautiful and strong yet sweet.

In addition to contributions from vocalist Dolores Marguerite C. and drummer David Elektrik, the album features a number of collaborations with guest vocalist Sarah Jay Hawley - best known for her work with Massive Attack.
Two of IN THE NURSERY's compositions for the 2004 Bach Festival are finally featured on a new CD 'Bach Alternative Compositions on Historical Basics' available from the ITN Mailorder Service.

The films of Mitchell & Kenyon take us on a tour of everyday life in Edwardian Britain. The Lost World of Mitchell & Kenyon, the hugely successful BBC TV series, introduced audiences to these miraculous views of the past. Now this new DVD offers the opportunity to explore the Collection in greater depth.
The films are grouped into five sections: Youth and Education, The Anglo-Boer War, Workers, High Days and Holidays and People and Places; a total of 35 full-length films in all, plus five 'hidden' items.
